Mr. Stotch
Stephen Stotch (aka Chris Stotch) is Butters' father. He's not afraid to discipline his son or punish him for weeks at a time...and actually makes sure to do that quite regularly. He's also not afraid to sell his son to Paris Hilton for $200 million.
He frequents such classy establishments as the the White Swallow Spa and the Studcat Theater, and his bi-curiosity almost ruined his marriage. Almost. On the side, Mr. Stotch coaches the boys' Little League baseball team and regularly hangs out with the other boys' dads.
